Plot Summary

The Meter 2023 movie is about Arjun Kalyan, who becomes a police officer after saving a woman from kidnapping. He becomes famous for his undercover operation, which prevents a bomb disaster. The Home Minister, Kantham Byreddy, tasks him with killing a man who escaped from custody, but Arjun’s father intervenes and ends up in a coma.

Arjun learns that he was never officially appointed as a police officer and seeks revenge on Byreddy. He kidnaps the DGP and obtains the lists of fake police officers appointed by Byreddy using the Right to Information Act (RTI). He then strikes a deal with Byreddy to send appointment letters to the original 3000 candidates in exchange for showing him a dummy app that can divert votes to his party. Byreddy falls for the trick and is eventually arrested by the police for his fraudulent activities.
